Yes, one Rotor can be replaced (Have done it several times.). It’s not advisable—can throw the balance of the vehicle.

For Rear Rotor Replacement: Very Important.

Do you have an electric parking brake or a manual (in the middle of the seats or by your left foot). If it’s electronic, your vehicle may require being put in “Service Mode” for a Brake Job.
